Implementation Coach - Product Development & Procurement
Work directly with client leaders and front-line teams to drive execution-focused transformations in product development and procurement. Support end-to-end margin improvement, EBITDA enhancement, design-to-cost and design-to-value initiatives, sourcing strategy development, and procurement transformation. Lead implementation efforts across areas such as clean-sheet costing, supplier development, global sourcing, cost reduction, and product design optimization. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to reduce development time and cost, improve quality, and build sustainable R&D and procurement capabilities while ensuring impact, adoption, and long-term value realization.
