Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, ITSM leads, QA, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Drive platform improvements, major enhancements, and day-to-day support while adopting agile practices. Develop custom applications, integrations, and automated processes using JavaScript, Glide APIs, AngularJS, and scoped applications. Contribute to platform stability, performance, and user experience while supporting QA automation, API integrations, and continuous modernization of ServiceNow capabilities.
