Own and manage product backlog for pod, aligning with platform OKRs and strategic priorities. Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Client Services stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items balancing new features, technical debt, and platform resiliency. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor pod performance using data for continuous improvement. Requires Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in transaction banking, including 5-7 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. Deep knowledge of global sanctions regimes and compliance frameworks (OFAC, UN, EU). Hands-on experience with sanctions screening and platforms like Firco, Bridger, LexisNexis. Understanding of matching logic, fuzzy-matching algorithms, and false-positive tuning. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
