This SIS Engineer role in Nashik involves working on Safety Instrumented Systems across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through site commissioning. You will analyze customer inputs including Cause & Effect diagrams, FGS layouts, P&IDs, and Control Narratives to develop ESD, FGS, and BMS logic and graphics, verify compliance with IEC 61511, and develop third-party interface modules. Responsibilities include performing SW typical tests, internal testing, third-party interface testing, integrated HW/SW testing, and FAT/SAT at customer locations, as well as loop checks and startup and commissioning support. TUV Certified Safety Engineer or CFSP/CFSE certification is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of SIS design experience — or 3 years if entirely within safety systems — in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, or Petrochemical sectors is required.
