DCS SW Engineer

This DCS Software Engineer role in Nashik involves implementing Emerson''s project execution lifecycle for DCS and ICSS systems, acting as the primary customer interface for the entire project scope. You will analyze customer inputs including P&IDs, Control Narratives, IO lists, and Operating Philosophies to develop system architecture, define software and hardware concepts, and implement customized and complex control logic and HMI graphics. Responsibilities include managing a team of SW/HW engineers, performing integrated HW/SW testing, conducting FAT and SAT sessions, performing loop checks, and providing commissioning support at customer sites. Third-party interface development (Modbus, Profibus, OPC) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) adherence are key requirements. Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, or Petrochemical DCS/SIS project experience is strongly preferred.
