DCS Hardware

This DCS Hardware Engineer role in Nashik involves analyzing customer inputs and designing hardware for Distributed Control and Safety Instrumented Systems. You will develop system interconnection diagrams, heat and power calculations, I/O to controller assignments, cabinet designs for network, server, marshalling, power distribution, and interposing relay cabinets, and review and select third-party components such as relays, barriers, and Fibre Optic Patch Panels. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing BOM for DCS and SIS systems, performing internal and third-party interface testing, conducting FAT with customers and SAT at customer locations, and supporting startup and commissioning. A minimum of 5 years of experience in DCS/SIS hardware design in industrial settings — preferably Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, or Petrochemical — is required.
