This Project Admin role in Nashik involves managing project accounting and execution activities in Oracle and JDE business systems. You will create and baseline new projects and agreements, carry out re-baselining with approved change orders, manage Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates, and analyze project transaction and margin fluctuations. Key responsibilities include issuing actual and commitment cost reports to Project Managers, performing transaction audits to identify incorrect costs, maintaining project cost schedules and milestone payments, raising customer invoices, and preparing Purchase Requisitions for intercompany and buyout orders. The role also involves booking freight invoices, escalating non-payment of invoices based on Days Outstanding (DOS) reports, and coaching junior project admins. Experience in project accounting with ERP system proficiency is required.
