This Senior Customer Service Support role in Bengaluru is part of Emerson''s global Shared Service Centers and is responsible for managing customer orders, product returns, quotations, and inbound/outbound customer interactions to resolve queries and issues across pre-sales and post-booking activities. You will provide differentiated operational support through NI''s tiered business model, use tools including Oracle, SFDC, and Outlook to ensure accurate and timely customer experience, and follow up on pending actions through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, driving continuous improvement for the Customer Operations organization, and managing post-booking activities such as logistics coordination, order status follow-up, and trade compliance review. A minimum of 6 years in Shared Service Centers, advanced English communication skills (B2+), and Oracle/SFDC experience are required.
