GET/PGET - Mechanical

This Graduate Engineer Trainee / Post Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) role in Pune is an entry-level design engineering position ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. You will apply and deploy CAD best practices, convert 2D designs into 3D models using TeamCenter, and handle regular Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notes (ECNs). The role involves a basic understanding of GD&T and stack-up analysis, effective communication with project stakeholders, and participation in building and testing functional prototypes. Preferred CAD tools include SolidWorks or Solid Edge. Knowledge of casting, plastic, and forging part design, along with familiarity with ASME 14.5, is an advantage. This role is suited for candidates who are quick learners with strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
