Senior Hardware Design Engineer

This Senior Hardware Design Engineer role in Pune focuses on designing low-power, high-reliability analog and digital circuits for harsh industrial environments and regulatory compliance. You will perform circuit simulations using PSpice or LTSpice, oversee PCB layout and component selection, and collaborate with EMS suppliers for prototyping, board bring-up, functional testing, and debugging. The role requires developing and executing electronics test and validation plans, interfacing with certification bodies, and influencing mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing design requirements. Candidates should have 5+ years of analog/digital circuit design experience with industrial communication protocols such as HART, Modbus, CAN, and RS-485, as well as 3+ years of intrinsic safety and explosion-proof design experience. Familiarity with 16/32-bit microcontrollers and experience with EMI/EMC requirements for industrial products are mandatory.
