This SIS Lead Engineer role in Nashik involves leading the full lifecycle delivery of Safety Instrumented System projects, from design and engineering through to FAT, SAT, and site commissioning. You will analyze customer inputs including Cause & Effect diagrams, FGS layouts, P&IDs, and Control Narratives to develop ESD, FGS, and BMS (Burner Management System) logic, safety graphics, and third-party interface modules. Responsibilities include managing a team of SIS SW/HW engineers, verifying compliance with IEC 61511, developing internal and SW FAT plans, performing integrated HW/SW testing, and conducting SAT at customer sites. You will also review HW typicals and drawings, verify compatibility of third-party devices, and develop BOM for the safety system. Oil & Gas, refinery, chemical, or petrochemical SIS project experience is strongly preferred.
