This project management role at Emerson''s Pune facility covers the full order execution lifecycle — from kick-off through shipment and final documentation. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, manufacturing schedules, and status reports to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include preparing Bills of Materials for order entry, monitoring finished goods inventory, expediting purchase requisition approvals, and coordinating customer inspections with proper documentation. You will interface regularly with both the sales team and customers to communicate order progress, manage expectations, and minimize liquidated damages through proactive project execution. A strong understanding of instrumentation data sheets, EPC specifications, and international standards for hazardous and flammable area classifications is required. This role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure while maintaining clear and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
