Manager / Senior Manager - Quality

Define and execute the overall quality strategy aligned with business goals and manufacturing standards. Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality. Oversee and maintain quality management systems ensuring compliance with global certifications and regulatory requirements. Monitor key quality metrics such as FPY, PPM, and cost of poor quality to drive continuous improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for internal and external quality issues. Manage supplier quality processes and incoming inspection standards to ensure consistent material quality. Lead, mentor, and develop quality assurance and control teams to build a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to address quality concerns, audits, and escalations effectively.
