Trading Services Analyst

This Trading Services Analyst role within the Commercial and Investment Bank is focused on leading Agency Lending Trade Management and Settlements operations while driving team performance and operational excellence. You will provide hands-on leadership to ensure day-to-day operations are managed within key parameters, align team priorities to broader business strategy, communicate with upstream partners to drive results, and identify and implement process and productivity improvements. The role involves resolving client and stakeholder needs, anticipating and addressing operational issues proactively, and collaborating across teams to leverage expertise and meet business objectives. Knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlements, people management experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills are key requirements.
