This Client Account Manager role within Asset Management is responsible for delivering best-in-class client servicing across the full lifecycle of alternatives investors, covering onboarding, ongoing support, and offboarding. You will field inquiries from bankers, client advisors, and HNW investors, resolve escalated client issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for account status and service requests. The role involves monitoring client accounts for adherence to investment guidelines, KYC requirements, and firm policies, implementing a tracking framework for queries, and developing SOPs for client servicing across alternative strategies. You will also drive client experience improvements through automation and process refinement, organize knowledge-sharing sessions, and maintain an internal resource library on alternatives products. A minimum of 7 years of asset or wealth management experience with alternatives exposure is required.
