Sr Lead Architect - Java/J2EE, AWS, Gen/Agentic AI

This Senior Lead Architect role within the Global Banking Wholesale Client Services Technology team is responsible for defining current, proximal, and target state architecture for strategic Chase applications while integrating GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into existing systems. You will work with Product Owners, Technology leaders, and Business Partners to build solutions aligned with commercial banking architecture principles, lead initiatives applying Domain Driven Design to identify loosely coupled autonomous applications, and promote smart reuse through shared services. The role involves creating technical blueprints for development teams, developing multi-year architecture roadmaps, building cloud-native systems, and mentoring architects and engineers. Deep expertise in Java/J2EE, hands-on AWS and cloud experience, practical GenAI and Agentic AI knowledge, and the ability to architect event-driven, microservices-based, domain-driven systems are core requirements.
