This Software Engineer II role within Chase Travel focuses on developing web applications using Angular and modern front-end technologies as part of an agile delivery team. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot UI components with consideration for upstream and downstream system implications, implement state management using frameworks such as Redux or Flux, and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The role requires proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Google Analytics, along with experience in TDD using Jasmine, Karma, or Jest, and familiarity with build tools such as Webpack. You will write secure, high-quality code, gather and analyze data to support application improvements, and contribute to a team culture of diversity and inclusion. Exposure to micro-frontend architecture and AWS cloud technologies is a valued addition.
