Data Scientist Associate Senior

This Senior Data Scientist role within Asset and Wealth Management focuses on designing, deploying, and managing prompt-based models leveraging Large Language Models for diverse NLP tasks in financial services. You will drive research and application of prompt engineering techniques, build and maintain robust data pipelines for LLM workflows on cloud platforms, and develop tools and frameworks for prompt-based model training, evaluation, and optimization. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, and analyze model performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, MLOps practices, and LLM orchestration libraries is essential. Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques such as DPO and RLHF is a preferred advantage.
