R&D SW Quality Engineer

This R&D SW Quality Engineer role is focused on designing and implementing test scenarios for ethernet switch features and networking protocols. You will work with design, architecture, and software teams to understand and characterize ethernet and networking protocols, create and review test strategies, test plans, and test automation scripts, and interact with customers for demos, test qualifications, and feedback sessions. The role requires developing automation tools and modules in TCL or Python within a Linux environment, and leveraging tools such as Scapy, Wireshark, Ixia, Spirent, and iPerf for network testing. Strong L2/L3/L4 protocol test development experience of at least 7 years and excellent scripting skills are core requirements. CCNA-level networking knowledge is the minimum expectation, with CCNP certification as a valued plus.
