Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - Sales Commissions

Manage end-to-end commission operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payout processing. Clean, validate, and analyze compensation data while supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities. Improve workflows, SOPs, and reporting processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and business impact. Partner with Finance, IT, and Sales Operations teams to resolve complex queries and enhance operational performance. Use analytics and automation tools to identify trends, streamline processes, and support better decision-making.
