Decision Scientist - Analytics Consulting (Power BI)

This Decision Scientist role is focused on transforming complex business data into actionable insights using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query for CPG domain clients. You will design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, write and optimize DAX measures and calculations for advanced analytics, and use Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources. The role requires partnering with business teams to translate requirements into data-driven BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and governance across reporting platforms, and performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will present insights and recommendations to leadership and continuously improve reporting processes by adopting BI best practices. CPG domain experience is a valued addition to the core Power BI skillset.
