Business Architect

This Business Architect role is responsible for identifying and defining business solutions that deliver tangible organizational value by assessing current-state operations, capturing high-level requirements, and translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. You will develop comprehensive business cases, guide key transformation initiatives, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and informed decision-making. The role requires strong business requirements analysis capabilities, experience in business process modeling and improvement methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences. Contributing to cross-functional team decisions, documenting process improvement opportunities, and supporting implementation planning are ongoing responsibilities.
