Business Architect

This Business Architect role is responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing current-state business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative technology-enabled solutions and operating models. You will develop comprehensive business cases, guide the implementation of key transformation initiatives, and facilitate workshops to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment. The role requires translating complex business needs into actionable technology solutions, documenting and analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities, and contributing to cross-functional decision-making. Strong business requirements analysis skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and familiarity with business process modeling methodologies are core competencies for this position.
