Package Specialist - SAP HANA Application Security

This Package Specialist role is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP HANA application security solutions to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of SAP HANA-based systems. You will configure and customize SAP security settings, implement role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD), and conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. The role requires collaborating with clients, security teams, and IT stakeholders to translate security requirements into functional configurations, while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR. You will develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases, provide training on SAP security best practices, and stay current with new SAP HANA security features and releases. Seamless integration of SAP HANA security with other SAP systems and third-party applications is a key responsibility.
