This Application Consultant role is focused on designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow module implementations that align with ITIL processes and client service management needs. You will lead the team in defining a ServiceNow strategy based on value versus effort, prepare detailed cost-benefit models for solution design, and contribute to effort estimation and costing. The role requires maintaining expertise in web technologies including XML, HTML, and Web Services, as well as technical components such as LDAP, VPN, and SSL. You will tailor solutions to client budget guidelines, negotiate successful implementation outcomes, and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices throughout delivery. Familiarity with additional technologies such as JSON, CSS, and JavaScript is a valued complement to core ServiceNow expertise.
