About the Role

This Program Manager role serves as the Onboarding and Capability Manager for the Customer Success Group (CSG), responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Customer Success workforce through structured hiring readiness, onboarding, and continuous capability development programs. You will partner with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and CSM Leadership to ensure interviewers are trained on competency-based hiring frameworks, design and manage structured onboarding journeys and bootcamps for newly hired Customer Success Managers, and develop capability programs focused on product expertise and strategic account engagement. The role involves defining and operationalizing interviewer readiness processes, tracking key metrics such as onboarding effectiveness and ramp-up time, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Fostering a continuous learning culture that supports growth within the CSM organization and ensuring time-to-productivity is accelerated for new hires are central outcomes of this role.
