VP Consolidation and Reporting

This VP-level role oversees the financial operations of the organization with a strong focus on accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end close processes, and internal control governance. You will manage the preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS and relevant regulatory standards, develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity, and lead coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities. The role requires ownership of financial systems and software, including collaboration with IT on system integration, and the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks. You will also drive automation and process improvements within the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. Senior experience in book closure, account reconciliation, substantiation, and end-to-end control environments is required.
