GSA Solution Coach - Asso. Director

As an Associate Director and Integrated Solutions Coach within the Global Solution Architecture team, you will provide strategic oversight and content guidance for client proposals across both reactive and proactive pursuits. You will independently review RFPs and RFIs and collaborate with lead Solution Architects to craft differentiated, winning solution approaches for large deals (above $50M TCV) and standard deals ($5M–$50M TCV). The role requires a strong command of technology architecture, platforms, GenAI, and Agentic AI to support complex multi-service-line engagements and translate client business requirements into integrated IT solution narratives. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and AI practice teams to ensure solution strategies align with overarching pursuit goals and client evaluation criteria. Client-facing experience including presentations, storyline development, and RFP response creation is essential. This role also requires the ability to support US business hours.
