Transition Manager
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end transitions when ownership of Product Development and Application Management is transferred to a new delivery organization. The Transition Manager ensures a smooth, low-risk handover by establishing strong governance, structured knowledge transfer, and a scalable operating model aligned with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and change, validating service readiness, and driving Day 1 and post-transition stability. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership are essential to build trust, ensure business continuity, and enable independent, high-performing delivery teams.
