About the Role
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of BMC Helix ITSM platforms in enterprise environments. Design and implement workflows, SLAs, approvals, and business rules across ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request. Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies. Drive system performance improvements, upgrades, patching, and high-availability operations while ensuring compliance with ITIL and security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, create documentation, and mentor team members while troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
