This role is part of EY's Risk Consulting practice within the TMT sector, focused on process and controls advisory for telecommunications clients. You will apply strong knowledge of BSS and OSS systems to help clients identify, assess, and manage technology and operational risks across their business processes. The role involves conducting business analysis, supporting internal control reviews, and contributing to risk and compliance engagements across enterprise, technology, and financial services risk domains. You will work closely with client teams to evaluate existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Prior project management experience in a telecom or technology environment is required.
