Manager - Risk Management
As a Manager in Risk Management at KPMG, you will be responsible for contract drafting, review, and vetting activities to support the firm's risk management and legal compliance functions. You will ensure that all contractual agreements are thorough, legally sound, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities include identifying and mitigating potential legal and commercial risks within contracts, advising internal stakeholders on contractual terms and obligations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
The role requires an LLB qualification and strong knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including advisory, compliance, and business units to provide risk-informed guidance.
