As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant specializing in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), you will design, develop, and manage integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
You will be responsible for building and configuring integration flows, handling data mappings, and ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications or on-premise SAP systems. The role involves troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing existing flows, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
You will work closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Documentation of integration designs, testing procedures, and deployment processes will be part of your responsibilities.
The position requires hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP integration tools, APIs, middleware technologies, and a solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models. You should be able to work independently and contribute to client-facing delivery engagements.
