IAM Architect
This is a senior-level IAM/IGA Architect role responsible for designing, leading, and operating enterprise-wide identity and access management solutions in a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on architecting secure and scalable identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, and IAM integrations across cloud and enterprise systems while ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR. The architect will drive IAM strategy, technology selection, integrations, policy enforcement, and performance optimization, working closely with security, infrastructure, compliance, and business teams. The position requires deep hands-on IAM architecture experience, strong knowledge of identity protocols and governance, and the ability to lead complex IAM initiatives in a global organization.
