This Associate Director role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions with a strong emphasis on scalability, compliance, and business value. Based in India, you will support global initiatives and work closely with senior leaders across India and the US as part of KPMG's AI & Data Labs team.
You will define and deliver scalable AI solutions across discovery, development, regulatory, and commercial functions while creating and maintaining reference architectures, reusable components, and best practices for GenAI adoption. Engaging with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translating requirements into technical solutions is a core responsibility.
The role requires ensuring alignment with responsible AI practices and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and EU AI Act, embedding security, transparency, and fairness principles into all architectures. You will evaluate and integrate new LLM models, frameworks, and orchestration tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and DSPy, while partnering with startups, academia, and vendors.
On the technical side, you will design end-to-end architecture for complex web applications ensuring integration across frontend (ReactJS), backend (Python frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI), and cloud services (Microsoft Azure). You will architect cloud solutions ensuring high availability and resilience, leveraging services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and related offerings. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to build GenAI capability within the India hub is essential.
