About the Role

As an Executive Assistant supporting the Post Trade Technology team at JPMorgan Chase, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. Your responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials and presentations. You will handle confidential information with discretion, process expense reports, and assist with event planning and team coordination activities. The role requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the leadership team. You will also support onboarding activities, maintain organizational records, and help drive operational efficiency within the team.
