Manager, DevOps Engineering
As a Manager of DevOps Engineering at Wolters Kluwer, you will lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers responsible for building and maintaining the CI/CD infrastructure, cloud environments, and deployment automation for enterprise software products. You will define and drive the DevOps strategy, establish best practices for infrastructure as code, monitoring, and release management, and ensure high availability and reliability of production systems. The role requires close collaboration with software engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline the software delivery pipeline and accelerate release cycles. You will be responsible for team development, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement new tools and technologies, manage cloud cost optimization initiatives, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
