Senior Scrum Master
As a Senior Scrum Master at Wolters Kluwer, you will facilitate and guide multiple Agile teams in adopting and improving Scrum practices to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring ceremonies are productive and time-boxed. Your role involves removing impediments that hinder team progress, coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are well-groomed, priorities are clear, and delivery commitments are realistic. Tracking and reporting on team velocity, sprint metrics, and overall delivery health will be essential. You will also drive organizational Agile transformation initiatives and mentor junior Scrum Masters.
