Software Engineer - OpenStack Manila
As a Software Engineer working on OpenStack Manila at Red Hat, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Manila shared file system service within the OpenStack ecosystem. You will design, develop, and test features for managing file shares across multi-tenant cloud environments. Your work involves collaborating with the upstream OpenStack community, participating in code reviews, writing and maintaining unit and integration tests, and ensuring compatibility with various storage backends. You will also troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, contribute to architectural discussions, and help drive the roadmap for Manila. This role requires strong programming skills, familiarity with cloud infrastructure, and a passion for open-source software development.
