Mainframe Developer
As a Mainframe Developer, you will work across all phases of the software development lifecycle, applying scientific methods to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of mainframe-based software solutions and applications. The role involves exercising original thought and judgement while supervising the technical and administrative work of other engineers. You are expected to operate with minimal supervision in highly complex environments and take responsibility for substantial aspects of project delivery. The position requires demonstrating leadership that balances business, technical, and people objectives, along with a focus on building long-term client partnerships and contributing to recruitment and development of team members.
