People Manager / DIOT-SIACI - Team Lead - Workplace
Shape the vision alongside clients by understanding the needs of users and stakeholders, and carry out thorough elicitation of processes, data, and capabilities. Derive target processes and business requirements for both current and future solutions. Conduct appropriate meetings and workshops to elicit, understand, and document business requirements leveraging domain expertise. Produce process and data models representing the current and/or future state of the business. Lead a team of business advisors and analysts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. This role combines people management responsibilities with hands-on business analysis and consulting work in a workplace solutions context.
