Custom Software Engineer
As an Application Developer specializing in Adaptive Insight, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing your team to deliver results. Your responsibilities include engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. You will monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. The role requires a strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies, experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet specific business needs, and proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Experience with Workday Core HCM is a plus. This position is based in Pune and requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Insight.
