Program Manager I
Program Manager I role leading low to medium complexity projects in New Technology Introduction (NTI, Prototype phase) and industrialization (STP, VA/VE, Engineering changes, capacity upgrades) that deliver on business case commitments. Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycle from development through launch achieving NPI/STP program financials, leading cross-functional teams to drive accountability and performance for commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness, developing and executing comprehensive project management plans delivering on scope, schedule, and financial commitments, influencing and securing baseline business case expectations with stakeholders, establishing organizational resource management plans, building effective cross-functional team dynamics, leveraging program management standard work processes and tools, and engaging in new business proposal development. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing/SCM, or Product Development with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
