Senior Designer
As a Senior Designer, you will lead the design and delivery of user-centered experiences for an enterprise cryptographic platform, enabling intuitive, secure, and scalable interactions that protect sensitive data in the era of quantum computing. You will own design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through GA release, and guide the team in creating cohesive, accessible, and high-impact user experiences. Responsibilities include developing strong domain expertise across enterprise IT and security products, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps and guide product innovation, and translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and enterprise-ready designs. You will plan and execute generative and evaluative research such as interviews and usability testing, create low- and high-fidelity mockups, journey maps, and development-ready specifications, and leverage the Carbon Design System to elevate design consistency and quality.
