The role requires qualified Chartered Accountant with articleship experience or MBA Finance, understanding of SOx and Risk Management practices including Internal Audit, knowledge of internal control frameworks (Turnbull, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO), US GAAP/IFRS/IAS regimes, and strong analytical and communication skills.
