Package Consultant-Workday Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll
As a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll at IBM Consulting, you will guide clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's HCM solutions with a focus on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. You will design and configure time management processes aligned with client policies and regulatory requirements, including building efficient workflows for accurate time recording and leave management. Setting up and managing payroll structures to ensure compliance with global payroll regulations is a core part of the role. You will implement absence management processes including absence rules, accruals, and leave policies. Additionally, you will lead workshops and training sessions to enable end-users to effectively utilize these modules. Post-go-live, you will provide ongoing support including data validation and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operation.
