Application Developer-ServiceNow
As an Application Developer specializing in ServiceNow, you will work within IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Centers to deliver deep technical expertise to public and private sector clients. You are expected to hold multiple ServiceNow certifications including CAS, CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-IRM, and have a solid understanding of the broader ServiceNow product ecosystem. Your responsibilities include developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, designing integrations and interfaces with other enterprise systems, and creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation. You will also train team members on procedural and technical topics, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive technology adoption and deliver client value.
