Package Specialist-SAP HR Comp & Payroll
As a Package Specialist for SAP HR Compensation and Payroll, you will drive the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities include performing fit analysis to map client requirements, configuring SAP HR systems, and resolving configuration and functional issues within the compensation management module. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle including planning, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure successful deployment and business outcomes. The role requires deep expertise in integrating packaged SAP technology into diverse client environments. Experience with SAP Payroll configuration, SAP Benefits module, and SAP testing tools is preferred.
