We are seeking a highly experienced Global Process Owner to lead the transformation of Order to Cash (O2C) processes within the finance and accounting function. You will drive analysis, design, and implementation of process improvements across multiple business divisions and regions including Americas, EMEA, and APAC, influencing work delivered from centers across the US and Chennai, India.
Key responsibilities include leading the O2C transformation focused on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and develop strategic plans for process excellence. The role involves developing and implementing global standards, policies, and procedures for O2C while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
You will apply experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration to identify potential risks and process impacts. You are expected to contextualize O2C processes such as collections and dispute resolution, highlighting root causes for resolution. Analyzing reports to infer impact on processes and underlying dependencies is critical, as is articulating insights and recommendations to both business and technical stakeholders.
Additionally, you will drive the analysis and implementation of technology solutions including automation and AI to enhance the O2C process, and monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of improvements and identify areas for further enhancement. Strong leadership and the ability to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders at the client end are essential.
