Technical Delivery Manager
Technical Delivery Manager role managing efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Key responsibilities include managing delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities through planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint execution, collaborating with customers and business teams to implement technically feasible solutions, managing change requests and stakeholder communication, identifying and mitigating project risks, and managing vendor relations. The role requires proven track record in release and delivery management, hands-on technical experience, proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), excellent leadership and communication skills, and technical understanding of React, Core Java, Spring Boot, and AWS stack.
